Maus Nissan’s Pet of the Week – Meet Harvey
Harvey is a 4–5-year-old Shepherd mix that’ll start out shy, but once he knows you’re a friend, he’ll greet you with the happiest tail wags. At around 60lbs, Harvey is a gentle soul who just needs a little time to feel safe—and once he does, his affectionate, goofy side shines through.
He’s likely housebroken, knows how to sit, and accepts treats like a true gentleman. Harvey gets along well with other dogs and was even polite when meeting a barn kitty at a volunteer’s home. He’s easy going for nail trims and is working on his leash manners.
Harvey has been waiting patiently at the shelter since January 15. He’s fixed, microchipped, vaccinated, and comes with a 1-year county license. His adoption fee is waived—he just needs a steady, confident adopter to help him blossom.
