Meet Gaya, a 4-year-old American Bulldog with a heart as big as her smile. She’s got a signature move — the most adorable little army crawl — that’ll melt you on sight. And if you’ve got a tennis ball? You’ve got a best friend. Gaya lives for fetch and will happily play until your arm gives out.
Despite coming from a heartbreaking cruelty case involving 31 other dogs, Gaya’s spirit is unshaken. She’s gentle, well-mannered, and even did great in a playgroup with a friendly male pup. She gets along well with dogs her size and weighs in at a perfect 53 pounds — just right for couch cuddles and backyard zoomies.
Gaya does have a chronic skin condition, common in her breed, but with the right food and care in a loving home, she’ll thrive far better than she can in the shelter.
